Returning a Gift?

For gift returns, the refund is always issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, as our system automatically refunds to the original card or account. This cannot be changed, as refunds must be tied to the original transaction in accordance with the law.

Fill out the return form

Please complete the return form included in your package. Provide the required information, including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Pack the Item carefully and securely

Place the item you wish to return in its original packaging and ensure it is adequately protected. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a similar, suitable box or envelope.

Attach the return label

Remove the attached return label and securely affix it to the outside of the package. Ensure that the barcode and return address are clearly visible.

Shipping

Contact the shipping company listed on the return label to arrange for pickup or drop-off at their nearest location. Be sure to obtain a shipping confirmation or tracking number as proof of the return.

Return within the deadline

Please send the package back within the specified return period mentioned in our return policy. Returns received after the designated timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Keep a copy of your return

It is recommended to keep a copy of the return label, shipping confirmation, and any tracking information for your records. This will help you track the return and ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.

Await confirmation and processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange according to our return policy. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
