Røros Tweed AS processes the personal data of its customers, contact persons at collaborating partners, subscribers to its newsletter, visitors to its website and other people who are in contact with the company.

Røros Tweed AS collects personal data in different ways, for example, from its website when you register as a customer, via telephone/e-mail or other forms of contact, in dialogue with our collaborating partners who receive your personal data from you or your employer.

Røros Tweed AS processes personal data for the following purpose and processing basis:

  • Entering into and fulfilment of agreements and administration of customer relationships involving the processing of names, e-mail addresses, delivery and invoicing addresses and card and payment information. 5. Who does Røros Tweed share your data with?
Røros Tweed AS will only share personal data with third parties when there are legal grounds to do so.

Røros Tweed AS can share your personal data with subcontractors that process the data on our behalf (data processors). The relationship with the data processors will be regulated through a data processing agreement, which will ensure, for example, the confidentiality and protection of information security across the board.

Røros Tweed AS will share your personal data with:

  • Craft CMS and Craft Commerce
    In connection with operating our website and online store.
  • Stripe
    In connection with Visa and MasterCard transactions. We use the payment solution to carry out transactions in our online store.
  • Visma Business
    In order to register you as a customer in our database, as well as accounting, we use the accounting programme Visma Business.
  • Logistra and Cargonizer
    For transport administration we use the programme Cargonizer Agent supplied by Logistra AS.
  • PostNord
    We use the service Mypack Collect Export and DPD Export from PostNord for delivering purchased goods.

6. How do we protect the data?
We take data protection seriously and have implemented sufficient safety measures to protect your personal data against any breach of personal data security and unauthorised access to and delivery of personal data.

The data we store in connection with purchases is transferred via secure communication channels together with your online order to our ordering system and storage system to enable us to register turnover, as well as process and send your order. The data is securely stored and the systems are access controlled to ensure that unauthorised parties do not have access to the data.

7. Links to other websites and social media
Our website may contain links to other websites. These websites have their own privacy statements specifying how personal data is collected and processed. If you submit personal data to such third party websites, the processing of such data will be subject to the privacy statement of that website. You have a basic right to access all personal data about you that is processed by Røros Tweed AS. As a registered customer at you can view the personal data we have stored about you. You can also change your contact information.
