No customs or import duties are charged as we now only ship within the EU.

Delivery times
Deliveries will be made within 5–14 working days after you have placed your order. Please note that during holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. If you click on the tracking link in the e-mail you will be directed to the website of our shipping partner. This will provide you with the latest information about your delivery.
Scandinavian customers:

Return and exchange
You can return your items within 14 days after you have received your order. Refunds will be made to the card you used to place your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed. The refund might take a few days to process.
If you wish to exchange your item, use the same procedure as if you were returning it, and then place another order at rorostweed.com.
We must receive your returned product in accordance with the criteria below. If not, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.
Criteria for approval of returns:
- All labels must be attached
- All items must be in an unused condition
- The original packaging must be intact (do not attach or write anything on the packaging)
Please use packaging suitable for shipping.
Please complete the return form and send the return package as described below.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item/s. We therefore recommend that you obtain proof of posting and ensure that the package can be tracked.
For Scandinavian customers:
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package and deliver it to your nearest PostNord pick-up point. Any items returned that do not include the supplied shipping label will not reach our returns warehouse and may be returned to you.
For German customers

Damaged goods
If you have received the wrong item, or a damaged or faulty item, please e-mail us at nettbutikk@rorostweed.no as soon as possible and attach some clear pictures of the item and its packaging. We will then process your claim and you will be contacted about exchanging or returning the item as soon as possible.
Please note this does not apply to normal wear and tear, burling, damage due to failure to follow washing instructions or rough treatment.
